May...my birthday month...and the freebies have already begun to arrive!

I've always loved having my birthday in May! 

Usually what I would find in my garden the beginning of May...not yet though!

(Usually) the weather is getting warmer, the trees are budding, the grass is getting green, and the lilacs are blooming!  (This year, all of those things are taking a little longer than usual, but I will try to be patient!)

One of the fun things that I have discovered over the last few years is that companies love to help me celebrate my birthday too, haha!

Happy May Day....I think!...and the start of my birthday month! :)

I usually love May Day....but today just doesn't seem like it really could be the start of May!  As we left the house this morning, we had snow flurries!!  Yikes!  It's May 1st!

Things could be much worse, of course, and I am counting my blessings!

It still IS the start of May...my birthday month....and because I have signed up for a lot of birthday perks, I should start to see many offers in my inbox!

I got my first one today, from Red Robin.  A free hamburger meal has been added to my Red Robin rewards card.  Yay!  :)

Join E-mail Clubs from your favorite places for Great Deals!!!

We changed our internet service a couple of weeks ago and had to get a new primary e-mail address.  Wow, I never realized how many subscriptions I had to newsletters, etc.  I have spent a good amount of time just updating my accounts on these different sites.  It is well worth it, however, because by subscribing to all of these sites, I find out about great deals!  I thought I would share the restaurant e-mail lists that I subscribe to because most of them will send you a coupon for a free item, a Buy One, Get One free, or other coupons, just for signing up.  Many of them will send you something on your birthday too!  Who doesn't like gifts?!!
