I thought I would share a "tip" that I use in my kitchen.
When I have an overripe banana, I sometimes stick the whole thing in the freezer, without bothering to peel it.
When I want to use it in a recipe, I simply take it out of the freezer and use my vegetable peeler to peel off the skin.
It works pretty handy. I cut the ends off, and slice it up for my smoothie, or banana bread, or whatever I might be making.

That's a great idea! I never thought of it before...I hate the pressure of having to use over ripe banana's right away. Thanks for the tip!
