Yum! I love sweet potatoes! Especially with brown sugar and butter! LOL!
Here is a totally different and very easy way to fix them also.
The recipe is the same as my Easy Oven Fries, but uses sweet potatoes instead.
Easy Sweet Potato Fries
*3 - 4 sweet potatoes, scrubbed clean in cold water
*olive oil, or canola oil
*seasoning salt (or just salt)
1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
2. Cut clean potatoes into wedges, length-wise. Depending on the size of the potato, you may get 6 - 8 per potato.
3. Toss the wedges in a small amount of oil. I drizzle a little over the wedges in a bowl, and toss to thinly cover. They don't need much.
4. Place the potatoes in a 9 x 13 pan, or even a cookie sheet. Spread out so they form a single layer.
5. Sprinkle with seasoning salt, or salt and pepper to taste.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, and turn potatoes over. Bake an additional 10 minutes, or until tender. You may wish to turn the potatoes over about halfway through the baking time.
